Our women's self-defense program is a 9-week course run by Gracie Jiu Jitsu brown belt Megan Katsaounis. The course is designed to give women a safe environment to learn the basics of Gracie Jiu Jitsu self-defense. Women know that there is an emotional component to self-defense, in addition to the physical. Jiu jitsu helps women set boundaries and stand up for themselves in all areas of life.
No experience necessary.
